The essence of Tantra teachings are about bringing heaven to earth. A Tantric experience is imbued with qualities of sacredness and reverence. It is about honouring humans through intention and ritual.

Sessions are bespoke and we will create a container for your intention which includes lots of talking to establish intentions, understanding of the practice and importantly – clarity of your boundaries.

The practices used may include touch, massage, invocations, meditation and dance. We may look at balancing male and female energies or the chakra system. The essence of the experience is about bringing a deep connection to self, and through that to unity consciousness.

Tantra sessions, background:

My teachers: I have been doing courses with my main teacher Ma Anada Sarita over the last 14 years. I have undertaken her extended Soul Mate and Master Lover trainings. I have also attended courses and trainings with Jan DayIstaSuta Guy Rawson, Zenon D. Dorje, Anaiaya Sophia and Lucy Agyana.

More recently with Gillian Alexander and Andrew Barnes, I have also learned de-armouring processes. Through de-armouring, we use touch to reach the emotional body, specifically imprints of early and potentially traumatic memories, which can be released through bodywork.

I have been offering Tantra massage sessions since 2009. My work has developed over the years to become much more bespoke including meditations, movement and ritual as well as massage. Between 2015 and 2017, Gayatri Beegan and myself founded the core elements of the Tantra Massage Training, which is now lead by Gayatri.

Tantra sessions, offerings:

Working with men

Men can find it hard to work with men –  it’s important to go at a pace appropriate to and set by you and to prioritise the kind of connection where you can feel safe to open at your own pace.

I support men into their own integrity and authenticity, who might wish to overcome early stories of guilt as I have and flourish on their journeys. One way we might do this through tantric meditation to discover the senses of the body as the gateway to the soul.

Working with women

Women often see me to come back into contact with their own sexuality and sensuality. I have also held space for women who have had different traumas and been told I bring the archetype of the mature masculine.

I have a strong sense of being conscientious about what I do, and I am very clear to hold space for your needs and boundaries. My own sexual pleasure is not part of the healing process I offer.
